Owner's engineer services

 We analyze, identify and map out existing and missing stakeholders for pre-construction, construction, and operational phases to achieve target KPIs in line with the sponsor`s success criteria. We either draft or tailor the scope of work for different stakeholders for which strategic decisions are required by the sponsor. 

We calculate LCOE for different scenarios, which would be decided together with Sponsor, in order for the project to reach maximum profitability. The variables might be taken into account are nominal DC power, module technology, mounting structure technology, tilt angle. 

 We make detailed analysis once the conceptual decisions are made with the LCOE optimization. Some of the items subject to detailed optimization are cable cross section  and type selection, row spacing optimization by considering 3D topography, the route of MV cables, earthing and lightning implementation design. 

  We review the yield prediction prepared by the Owner by considering the conceptual decisions for the operational phase, shading losses, accuracy of the information as per implementation design . Additionally, we prepare EYA report from scratch either by using realistic inputs or loss figures obtained from the implementation design. This report can be used by the Sponsor during raising finance or divestiture.

•  We draft the tender documentation package with its complete appendices.
•  We draft the EPC Contract by considering the Sponsor`s expectations and good market practices.
•  We draft the O&M Contract by considering conceptual decisions to achieve best cost effective concept 

• We supervise the KPIs of the EPC Contractor by reviewing the weekly construction progress reports and conducting field inspections.
•  We perform thermal inspection with drone, supervise the acceptance testing required by the EPC Contractor and review the results and evaluate the acceptance criteria.
